30-Day Free Repair

Breakage within 30 days is repaired for free.

Please cover the shipping cost when sending the item back to us.

Return shipping to you is on us.

1-Year Repair Service — $18(return shipping included)

For repairs within 1 year of purchase, we offer a flat $18 repair service.

This includes re-weaving, replacing damaged parts, and a full inspection of your piece.

Items Over 1 Year Old

Items older than 1 year are not eligible for standard repair.

Depending on the condition and available materials, we may be able to offer a remake for an additional fee.

Shipping Your Item to Us

For sending your bracelet back to us, we recommend using Canada Post Lettermail – Large size.

It’s an affordable option (around $1.50) and works well for small items like jewelry.

Please ensure the item is packaged securely before mailing.
