Because of this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

We know buying handmade online can feel a little tricky, so here’s what you should know:

• Each piece is carefully made with love, and tiny variations in color, shape, or size are normal.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days with a clear photo. We’ll happily offer a repair, replacement, or store credit
