- Flat Rate Shipping: $13 (Standard Shipping within Canada)
- Free Shipping: On all orders over $120.
Each piece is meticulously packaged in our studio in the Boundary Country, BC, to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We appreciate your support of our small business.
Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
Tracked Shipping: All orders are shipped via Standard Tracked Shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.
Post-Dispatch Responsibility: Please understand that once a package is handed over to the carrier (Canada Post), BEST OF ME is no longer in control of the delivery process. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the courier.
Lost or Delayed Packages: In the rare event of a delivery issue, customers are responsible for contacting Canada Post directly to initiate an inquiry or claim using the provided tracking number. We will provide any necessary shipment details to assist you in this process, but we cannot offer refunds for errors made by the postal service.
Local Pick Up & Market Collections:
For customers who choose the "Market / Local Pick Up" option at checkout:
• Schedule & Location: Please check our [Instagram (@bestofme_jewely_studio)] for the latest market schedules, booth locations, and specific event details before placing your order.
• Pick Up Process: Please bring your order confirmation email to our booth during the scheduled event.
• Responsibility: By selecting this option, you agree to collect your order in person. If you are unable to attend the event, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to make alternative arrangements.
